Virtual Home 360 accounts are not associated with any type of device. A (small) team can share the same account. For large teams in need of multiple accounts, we offer discounts. Misused accounts, i.e. accounts shared by a large number of users, will be restricted and, if the situation does not change, cancelled.

We reserve the right to delete accounts with an inactivity/expiration period of 6 months or more. Free accounts will be deleted without notice. Test/trial accounts will be deleted once expired and without notice.

A Virtual Home 360 account is by definition personal. Personalised support will only be provided to the account holder or a person indicated by the account holder.

Only equipment sold by Virtual Home 360 will be supported.
