Virtual Home 360 accounts are not associated with any type of device. A (small) team can share the same account if they wish. For large teams with multiple account needs, we offer progressive quantity discounts. Accounts used abusively, that is, shared by a large number of users, will be restricted and, if the situation does not change, cancelled.
We reserve the right to eliminate accounts that have an inactivity/expiration period equal to or greater than 6 months, Free accounts will be deleted without prior notice. Test/trial accounts will be deleted once expired and without prior notice.
Support will only be provided for equipment sold by Virtual Home 360.

Virtual Home 360 works on a “pay as you go” system, meaning the tours created will remain active and editable even without an active subscription.
In our store you will find Smartphone Kit, a device that turns your smartphone into a 360º camera, and also various models of 360º cameras with excellent offers. However, you can use any equipment available on the market to create the 360º panoramas necessary to create virtual tours.
O Virtual Home 360 is designed (and well) for professionals in the branch of real estate but can also be used by:
- Photography Professionals (Real Estate branch);
- 3D Artists and Studios;
- Local accommodation;
- Architectural Offices;
- Decoration Ateliers.
Any type of use outside this scope may lead to account cancellation.
Accounts created and activated without filling in the respective user information or with false information will be immediately deleted.
A Virtual Home 360 account is by definition personal. Personalized support will only be provided to the account holder or a person indicated by the account holder.
The Virtual Home 360 Academy is available to all users in the user menu in the top right corner of the application.
We are not placing any limit on the number of tours or the space they take up on disk. However, it is assumed that organized use is made and that tours that are no longer necessary are deleted in order to keep the system optimized for all users.
Including a tour in the CRM is an identical process to using a video. If the CRM allows you to embed videos through external links, there will be no problem. However, we suggest that you inquire with your CRM provider regarding this matter.
